Safe Harbor has over 50 boats of all makes models and sizes.
Boys are assigned a boat.
If they keep the boat clean and do well they can move up to a bigger and nicer boat.
However if they don't take care of their boat they can also move down to a lesser Boat thus teaching them the consequences of their behavior
